Put Peace, Love & Thriving on the list |

A client came to me last week looking for small rituals with
which she could re-direct her life toward a more spiritual,
authentic, in-the-NOW experience. We practiced several
exercises for cultivating her enriched day, and I added one
more just before she left. I took my Kissing School
book off the shelf and read her the last couple of pages. I
want to share it with you as well.
Putting Love on the List
I was sitting outside the market one day,
quickly trying to remember the items on the grocery list
that I'd left at home. I closed my eyes and waited for my
mind to focus and gather the information. The message that
came to mind rushed through my body, leaving shivers and
goose bumps. It said, "Put love on the List."
"Oh yeah, I'll pick some up," I thought. "I
think I saw it on the bread aisle."
I closed my eyes again. The message repeated,
only louder: "Put love on the list!"
Well, that got my attention, but it took
another few moments until I understood what was being asked
of me. It was if all the ingredients for a rich and luscious
love life were to be collected along with the Swiss chard
and the yogurt. I was instructed to write down my groceries,
and every second or third item was to be a "quality of
loving" that I'd like to have more of. I was going to the
market for love and dinner. Swiss chard, apples, and
appreciation. I was not to leave the fruit stand until I
allowed myself to experience a full measure of appreciation,
right then-for any ol' thing!
OK, that felt good. Now: honey, almond butter,
and joy. "Feeeeel the joy coursing through your body. See
how it lightens your load, Cherie" Oh yeah!
I gathered up milk and sensual breathing;
salmon, mustard, and the feeling of snuggling; tea, cat
food, and the sense of lingering kisses all over my body.
Who knew grocery shopping could be so yummy?
Long before I reached the surprised cashier, I
was radiant and grinning all over my body. That feeling
lasted for hours, and I'm sure the food was imbued with
magical powers by then.
I found out later that I could add love to all
my lists: the to-do lists, phone call lists, lists of
household repairs. It's a sneaky, fun, and profound way to
cultivate the experience of loving, every day, any ol'
where.
It was an excellent end to the session since this woman is a
lover of lists, and I savored the moment. I reminded my own
self to put the love back on my forgotten lists as I closed
up my office, got into my car and started wandering home.

Peace, Love and Thriving, a
Resonance Re-set Group
I didn't get very far down the road before I was listening
to my inner guidance outlining a new inter-active group
meditation for me to facilitate. Most inspirations I'm given
feel optional, this message had an urgency and a kind of
BIGness to it, and I was told to pull over and get out my
pen and paper. OK, what's the deal?
I felt like I had come to a counsel of beings and they had a
mission for me. (I don't think I've ever gotten a "mission"
before, grin). I won't really get paid for it, but what I
need for essentials like snacks and venue will be offered,
it's simply something I have to offer that will assist us
all at this time. Are you as curious as I was??
What I was told is that humanity needs some assistance
re-setting their emotional/creative set-point. There is so
much fear in our energy fields at this time that even the
most casual of thoughts about scarcity, traumatic weather,
wars or any other topic hooks to this dense collective field
of fear and readily sucks us into a dark and gloomy funk.
It's essential that we re-calibrate our fields to
resonate with that which we DO want to experience
if we don't want to actually manifest that which we fear.
The first re-calibration session needs to be before the
coming election. Voting from fear never brings us what we
desire.
I listened, and I wrote, and I saw that it was no mistake
that I had read the story about Putting Love on the List
tonight. Spirit is such an elegant orchestrator!
Here's the gift I offer you now.
Putting Peace, Love, and
Thriving on the list
The first Monday evening of each month, beginning with
November 3rd, an evolving group of loving, thriving
peacenics will gather together from 7-9 pm to re-calibrate
our neuro nets, DNA, hormones, cellular receptors, energy,
hearts and minds to the frequencies of Love, Peace, and
Thriving.

An evening of cultivating the energy
The meeting has several components;
1) After introductions we'll spend the first 15-30
minutes doing embodiment practices to anchor and ground us
in our bodies, open our hearts and relax with each other.
This activates our individual and group presence.
2) Each willing participant presents a topical piece they've
discovered: an article, book quote, poem, sonnet, song,
awakening, personal experience, vision, dream, visual
representation, aromatherapy, whatever, on the topic of
either: Peace, Love, or Thriving, engendering a small
conversation from their presentation. We will savor the
various resonances of peace, love and thriving like sipping
on the elixir of life. (Accompanied by snacks & tea)
3) I will lead the group in an energy meditation that was
taught me by my guidance in the mid 70's, an old favorite
you may know as the Spoke meditation. This meditation has
the effect of creating a group brew for embodying the energy
and steeping us in the vibrations. Not only will we be
focusing on the core energies but several of the facets of
each energy as well, building a sub-system of frequencies
that support and expand the web of well-being.
4) During the next month we will be seeking out another
presentation piece to bring, staying open to the experience
of, and realigning to the vibration of these qualities. We
can also be emailing each other with links to pieces we'd
like to share, and I'll be posting some of our favorites on
the monthly newsletter. We will be putting love, peace and
thriving on the lists of our lives and offering it to the
world at large.
My first sharings for inspirational links:
Several great articles on this month's Bleep newsletter.
I particularly enjoyed the one
Enjoy, feel free to pass them around.
