SPIRIT IN THE FLESH

TANTRIC EMBODIMENT ENERGY TRAINING

Experiential training of energy mastery techniques from Tantric, Taoist, channeled, and Shamanic practices for men and women, couples and singles. Training for opening to, and grounding oneself in, the fullness of one’s own energetic circuitry; as well as entering into profound states of energetic communion with others.

We'll develop a toolbox of experiential practices for downloading the subtle bodies back into our physical form, jump-starting our energy systems, and developing a rapport with our wholeness. We will practice individual, couple and group exercises for embodying and grounding the five subtle energy bodies, expanding and balancing the seven chakras. Embodiment work reweaves our energetic synapses, greatly enhancing awareness and clarity of mind, inner knowing, emotional fluidity, health, sexuality, and our ability to manifest.
 

Empowerment, self trust, and unitive consciousness are all natural outcomes as we plug the energy bodies of the personality into our system and regenerate our self as an embodied amplifier of Spirit.
 

In the midst of our personal practices we’ll also be exploring our energy patterns within relationship: boundaries, grounding and centering in the midst of an open heart, resonant body, expanded mind and engaged soul.

Expect practices of revelation and compassion, freedom and intimacy. Know there will be times of dancing with our fears, and with our deep fullness. The healing habits of presence, compassion, intentionality and courage tend to be cultivated as we meet and surrender our blocks, fears and resistances to the deep love of our embodied Spirit.

Exercises will include: meditations of various forms, sensitization exercises, energy work, breath work, vocalization, movement, relational energy exercises, and processing practices.
 

If you have worked previously with Cherie or have some schooling in energetic practices, i.e., Reiki, therapeutic touch, cranial sacral work, acupuncture, bioenergetics, yoga, Tanta, Taoist energy practices, shamanic energy work, martial arts, breath work, etc.; then you’ve begun sensitizing yourself to experiencing energy and will gain a deeper, fuller, more potent foundation for your current practices.

Folks who’ve no experience with energy work are encouraged to "begin where you are", building a practice which empowers, heals and opens you to a fuller experience of who you are, and how you are in the world.

We will be engaging a full spectrum of energy, including sexual energy and the energies of relationship, but there is no explicit sex.

The training is spread out over 3 months so there will be time between classes for home play and journaling.
 

These are practices which are rarely offered, and yet profoundly impact the energy habits which underlie the foundation of our every experience. They are trainings which are created and taught by Cherie Byrd. These teachings have evolved from studies of various ancient and modern healing and spiritual traditions; and with teachers, living and dead, physical and otherwise for the past 40 years. They are the heart of her forthcoming book, Spirit in the Flesh; Here and Now, Honey!

This class series expands and deepens the teachings presented in the one-day Kissing School! playshop, and is a prerequisite for the next class: The Spirit of Sex, Lessons in Sacred Sexuality.
